Introduction
Hi there! We are Jennifer and Wesley from Wisconsin
We live in Wisconsin on beautiful tree-lined street with our sons Louis and Bobby. Both of us are so grateful for your consideration of us as adoptive parents of your precious child. We couldn’t be more excited about providing a loving home for your baby. We have a close-knit community of friends and family who are nearly as thrilled as we are about this adoption—this includes grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins. We know you are putting your child's needs first and that decision is incredibly important. We hope to tell you a bit about ourselves, our families, hobbies and our values. We will treasure the opportunity to parent and love your child. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read about us as you make this brave decision.

ABOUT US
After ten years of marriage, we’re still best friends
We met through mutual friends 15 years ago and got married on a beautiful winter day in 2010 with our closest family and friends. Because we met at a young age, we've been through a lot together—college, moving out on our own for the first time, our first jobs, buying our first house, and now, parenthood (the best part!). We love spending quality time together. We are definitely homebodies! We enjoy nothing more than a night eating a homemade meal together, taking a neighborhood walk with our puppy Peter, and then ending the evening curled up under a blanket with a family movie on. We are close to our family and have them over at least once a week. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins—all are within driving distance. We also enjoy exploring Wisconsin and traveling. Some of our favorite activities include hiking, fishing, swimming, and board games.

What does open adoption look like to us?
Open adoption is about adding a whole new family to our own—not just a child, but the child's parents and their loved ones. We feel that as a result we will be able to give your child a wonderful, expansive, and loving village of family and friends. It also means being open in a variety of ways—with communication, feelings, acceptance, and understanding. We will tell your story openly and honestly with love and admiration.
more about us
Our family is very supportive of our decision to adopt!
We live on a tree-lined historic street in a cute little tan, brick bungalow. Nearby are several parks, a cool park with deer you can feed/pet, and a library. We are just blocks away from a great school system. We live with two cats, Magnolia (Maggie), and Stella. We recently added a puppy to our household! His name is Peter and he’s a smooth collie. All of our pets are great with kids.
Jennifer has a small but tight-knit family who all live within 30 minutes of our home! Jenn is very close to her mom and sister and we get together frequently with them both. We see Jenn's parents at least once a week. Her sister, Emily, has 2 little girls, one only 3 months younger than Bobby. We can't wait to see all the kids grow up together! We feel fortunate to have great grandparents in the lives of Louis and Bobby.
Wesley has a large family (3 brothers and 2 sisters) who we see often. Wes's dad and step-mom live within 15 minutes and we visit them frequently for family dinners and grill outs. The boys love seeing their uncles and playing at grandma and grandpa’s house. Wes's mom lives in Illinois on the family farm. The boys get a taste of country life whenever we visit. Wes's other siblings live within driving distance, one in Minnesota and the other near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Wes has 4 nieces and nephews who are close in age to Louis and Bobby. They have a blast when we get together!
